FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are classes for all levels of fitness?

Movements can be modified for any fitness level from beginner to advanced. No dance, barre, or pilates experience is required unless notated in the class description.

Do I need to make a reservation?

In order to ensure the best level of instruction for each client, we limit our class size in order to provide the space and equipment for each client. We encourage signing up in advance to ensure times are blocked to fit your busy schedule. As a drop-in, we encourage you to check if space is available before arriving or signing up on our wait list. Our system will send a text message if class space becomes available. You can reserve classes online or call the front desk at 208-344-1955 to make a reservation. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a spot at the Barre.

What happens when I sign up on the wait list?

Waitlisted clients: In the event you are added to a class from the waitlist, we will immediately send you an email and text notification. We will also attempt to call, unless you are added to a class after normal business hours.

What if I signed up and can’t make class?

For all classes, reservations must be canceled 4 hours prior to the start of class. The best way to cancel is go into your Mindbody account, login and hit cancel next to the class you will not be attending. If you cannot cancel class online, please text or call the studio at 208-344-1955. If you need to cancel a class for the next day and it is past our normal business hours, we ask that you do so online. If you fail to cancel within the stated cancellation window or do not show up, we will deduct that class from your existing package or series.
